We also understand that circumstances can change. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure you understand your rights regarding your purchase.
Coaching Services:
Due to the nature of personal coaching and the time, effort, and commitment we invest into each client, all sales for coaching services are final. We believe in the value of our programs and expect that clients enter into the coaching relationship with a commitment to their growth. For this reason, no refunds will be issued for coaching services once the program has begun.
Digital Products and Online Courses:
For any digital products or online courses offered by Break The Cycle Global LLC, we offer a 10 day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you feel that the program is not delivering the value promised, you can request a refund within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have engaged with the course material by completing at least the first module of the course.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@breakthecyclesnow.com with proof of engagement and an explanation of why the program did not meet your expectations. We will review your request, and if it meets the requirements, we will issue a refund.
No Refunds on Missed Sessions:
Coaching sessions that are missed without prior notice or rescheduling will not be refunded. Clients are encouraged to communicate in advance if they need to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate changes as long as sufficient notice (at least 24 hours) is provided.
Workshops and Group Coaching Programs:
Refunds for workshops or group coaching programs will only be provided if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the start date. If cancellation is made within 5days of the workshop or program start date, no refund will be issued.
Payment Disputes:
If you experience any issues with payment or unauthorized charges, please contact us immediately at info@breakthecyclesnow.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes to Refund Policy:
Break The Cycle Global LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the date of the change.
