Spiritual Meditation (Optional): If you are spiritual, take this time to meditate on the Word of God. Read a scripture that resonates with you and spend a few moments reflecting on its meaning. Let God’s Word guide and strengthen your intentions for the day.

Visualize Your Growth: Imagine yourself embodying these intentions throughout the day. Picture how they will positively impact your actions and decisions.

Close with Stillness and Gratitude: Sit in silence for a few moments, feeling calm and centered. Thank God for His guidance, and acknowledge the power within you to shape your day with purpose and intention.
